Dr. Abigail Krause

Dr. Krause grew up on a farm in Illinois and developed an early appreciation for animal care and agriculture. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois before continuing her education at Iowa State University, where she received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in 2011. Dr. Krause and her husband, Brian, enjoy farm life with their cattle, chickens, ducks, and many outdoor cats lovingly named by their children. Together, they have three active children, Clara, Leah, and Cody, as well as their Border Collie mix, Boone, and indoor cats, Hazel and Fred. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Krause enjoys spending time with her family and the many animals that make their farm home special. We are grateful to have Dr. Krause as part of the Family Pet family!
